Fabricating Aluminum Parts With Common Woodworking Tools

Last year we showed how to use a table saw, drill press, and miter saw to fabricate accessories made from aluminum. As a demonstration, we showed how to make a dovetail plate.

This year we continued the demonstration by showing how a router can be used to cut slots, make radius block, and use round-over bits to give your project a nice finishing touch.
